Divice and method of reducing nitrogen oxide in furnace
SNCR HYBRID SYSTEM is a technology for reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) through selective noncatalytic reduction reaction. It is possible to efficiently reduce NOx by injecting reductant (urea solution, ammonium carbonate and ammonia) into the domain in which the combustion gas temperature is in the range of 850~1050℃ to achieve primary reduction of NOx generated in the combustion process an then by installing catalyst in the domain in which the temperature is in the range of 250 ~ 450 ℃ in the
post-stage processing to achieve secondary reduction.
Stable operation is possible since it is possible to check a wide range of data including NOx concentration, cleaning agent tank level, amount of cleaning agent sprayed and
spraying time, etc. by introducing monitoring system.
It can be applied to existing facilities without the need of modification since it has excellent performances along with lower initial investment cost in comparison to other
processes,.
